Members Directory

The membership directory search function is open to registered users of the DSOBA portal only.

The contents of the directory are updated directly from the membership system of the DSOBA office. Please send an email request for update of any information.

You may update your own profile for the use of the website only through My Profile function. However, this does not affect the DSOBA records.

Submit images

Submit your photos and other images here.

1. Create or select your gallery to use. Please put your gallery under one of the major sections:

• DBS
• DSOBA
• Class
• Overseas
• Scouts
• Misc

Other sections may be created by the administrator on request

2. Select the Upload your images. Limit each upload session to 5 images at a time. The system will be more stable in its image conversion process.

• Select the Upload Images link
• Select your gallery required
• (pls ask the administrator to create new gallery for you)
• Press the upload button
• Select upload multiple files
• Browse each image file from your local PC
• Enter the title and description, if needed

Submit news

Each registered member can submit your own news article here.

1. select the section of your news.

• DBS news
• DSOBA News
• Class news
• Overseas news
• Misc news

2. enter your article intro and main text.

• You can use the WYSIWYG edit for effect
• Press the P – paragraph icon to insert a new paragraph

3. Select the photos from the gallery to include.

• Press the I – image icon to insert image placeholders.
• You will gather the images in the next step

4. Select the photos to be used in the article

• Photo should be uploaded beforehand to the gallery
• Select the photo gallery folder (thumbnail or full size)
• Insert the photo into list
• Sort the photos in order required

5. Save the article

• press the floppy icon on top-right to save
• press the X icon on top-right to cancel
• article will be published nightly by the admin after review
